General Impression
Overall Rating:
/ 10I went to volunteer with the roman kids in Albania last summer and it was magical. I arrived with no clue what to expect and was quickly blown away. I felt welcome right away and Tirana is an absolutely amazing city. And of course, working at the centre: It was so rewarding and it's easy to get close to the children quickly. They were so easy to play with and also eager to learn. To leave was devastating and it seemed like the kids agreed. Since the romans aren't treated well over there, the volunteers who care for them are of so much value. To go to Albania is to do something worthy of your time.
