I had an amazing time in Mexico! The culture, the food, and the people never fails to amaze me. I have Mexican roots and I enjoyed visiting a new part of Mexico and shadowing amazing doctors.

I felt very happy during my stay. San Juarez was very safe for the most part and everyone was very respectful and generous.

Project & Staff

I am grateful for the opportunity the project gave me in a clinic in Egida de Guadalupe. I was able to learn about public health in Mexico and observe how general doctors work in a clinical setting. The staff was very welcoming and always ready to help. The staff that worked in the center where all volunteers met were very lovely and friendly.
