Costa Rica is an amazing country, it's beautiful, the people are very nice and there is so much to do and to see.
Project & Staff
The project itself was not completely what I expected. In my first week I was the only one in the program, which was kind of lonely at first and the school I worked in was a private school instead of a public school, which was still amazing work to do, but less impactful than I expected it to be, because in this school there were already very good English teachers. [Thanks Romy! It is difficult for us to arrange placements at public schools. The school we work with provides education to poor families, as well as those who can pay.]
