Project & Staff
There is room for improvement anywhere & Seth welcomed my feedback. One of the staff members needed to be redirected & reassigned during my stay because of her failure to properly preform her duties, her selfishness, & greed.
Tips
Be stern in your approach/response as people will ask you for money just because. If you don't agree/like something that is going on in the program, voice it to whomever is in charge at the time. Be sure they hear you & take you seriously. If you don't feel heard, request to speak with Seth. With that said, remember where you are & be realistic in your request/issues. Seth takes pride in his program & doesn't know there is an issue until it is brought to his attention.
